These are sold as-is with documentation, and not as custom solutions unless stated otherwise.

All products listed are developed, owned, and distributed by Sky10X.

3. User Obligations

By using our store, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and contact information.

  • Not misuse or redistribute our products without explicit permission.

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or resell any Sky10X product or service.

  • Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. License and Usage Rights

  • Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or business use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any product without written consent.

  • All products remain the intellectual property of Sky10X unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD or NPR and include applicable taxes.

  • 💳 Payments must be made through supported payment gateways at checkout.

  • 🚫 All purchases are non-refundable once the product is delivered or downloaded, unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific products.

  • Late payments on service-based extensions may result in access restrictions.

6. Delivery and Access

  • Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment or within a stipulated time via email or direct download link.

  • In case of delivery failure or access issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Sky Store operates under a strict no-refund policy for all digital products, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase.

  • Corrupt or non-functional files with proof and no response within 72 hours from support.

Custom development services (if any) follow a separate contract-based refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and graphics displayed on Sky Store and included in its products are owned by Sky10X.

You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part without express written permission.

Violators will face legal action under Nepalese intellectual property laws and international copyright regulations.

9. Confidentiality

Any business communication, client details, or private files shared with Sky10X during service will remain confidential. We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sky10X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Your use of the Sky Store is at your sole risk.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

11. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account or access for violations of these Terms.

  • Refuse a transaction or cancel orders at our discretion (with refunds, if applicable).
