Because our products are intangible digital goods, all sales made through this platform are subject to the following Refund & Returns Policy.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

As all items are digitally delivered and downloadable, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, the sale is final.

🔁 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, with the following rare exceptions:

  1. Duplicate Purchase
    If you accidentally bought the same product more than once using the same email and payment method, please contact us within 7 days for verification and resolution.

  2. Corrupted or Inaccessible Files
    If the file provided is damaged, incomplete, or not downloadable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 working days, a refund may be issued.

  3. Technical Error from Our End
    If there is a billing or technical mistake caused by our system (e.g., double charge, incorrect product), a full or partial refund will be considered.

  • Buyer’s remorse
